Eligibility for Class LKG
ADMISSION IS SUBJECTED TO MERIT AND AVAILABILITY OF SEATS
- A child who has completed four years on March 31 in the year of admission.

Date of Birth Certificate:
(a) Baptism Certificate from the parish (in case of Christian children)
(b) Birth Certificate from a competent authority, such as: Panchayat / Mahanagar Palika / Nagarpalika.
(i) No other certificate from whatever source will be accepted.
(ii) Date of birth once given shall not be changed on any account whatsoever. - The attested photocopy of the Original date of birth will be attached to the forms.
- The child to be registered must be accompanied by the parents.
- Five latest passport size photographs of the child.
- The registration forms should be legibly filled and all the entries should be written in English only.
- A medical fitness certificate should be produced at the time of the test.
- The form is enclosed with the prospectus.
- Letters of recommendation or pressure from any source whatsoever will not be entertained.
- An interaction with the child will be held on the day specified in the Registration form.
- Registration forms should be submitted on the day of interaction.
- The interest and AVAILABILITY of the parents in helping the child will be specially counted in the selection of children for admission.
Requirements for Higher Classes
- Birth Certificate from a competent authority, such as Nagar Mahapalika in the case of UKG and for other classes Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
- A written test and interview will be taken. Admission will be taken on the basis of merit.
- Written test in this case will be held in all the subjects applicable for the class.
Admission
- The list of the children selected for admission will be published on the school notice board on the date given.
- The parents shall collect the fee pay-in-slip from the school office and deposit the first instalment of the fees at the time of admission.
- Admission of the selected children shall be taken on the assigned days. Those who fail to respond shall forfeit their chance.

Certificates and Reports: The following documents are essential at the time of admission
(a) Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
(b) Mark List (Report Card) in original.
(c) Medical Fitness Certificate: The form is attached with the Prospectus.
(d) Recent passport size photographs of the child. - The presence of the parents of the student to be admitted is compulsory to take admission. No recommendation will be accepted.
ADMISSION IN OTHER CLASSES (UKG to V) DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF SEATS
Admission Policy
Prospectus and registration forms for admissions to L.K.G. will be available at the school office. A child who is 4+ years (born between 01st April 2020 to 31st March 2021) (4 – 5 years only) as on 01st April, 2025 can apply for admission to LKG in the current academic year, as per the norms of NEP 2020. There will not be any entrance examination. However, at the time of admission both the parents should be present.
The candidates appearing for identification should be accompanied by both the parents and not by any other relatives.
The date and time of identification are intimated (See the acknowledgement card) at the time of submitting the duly filled in Registration Form.
The Acknowledgement card is to be shown at the time of identification. Kindly bring the Birth Certificate in Original.
The school authorities reserve all rights of admitting any child to the school. They are not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular child.
Admission to higher classes is based on vacancies available in each class and the admission is given on the basis of student aptitude test. The transfer cases will be given priority. However, in respect of admission the decision of Principal is final and binding.
Special Note to Parents
2. Incomplete form will be rejected. Photocopy of the form will not be accepted. The Registration form is NOT TRANSFERABLE.
3. Date of birth once registered cannot be altered [(as per U.P.G.O. No. 1101/1(5)]
4. Recommendations of any kind will be a disqualification of admission.
5. Smoking and chewing pan masala and spitting in the school campus is strictly forbidden.
